Our Story
Founded in 1992, we initially specialised in artisanal breads, pâtisseries, and Danish pastries. In 2007, we launched Trésors d’Occitanie, our own brand dedicated to traditional regional biscuits. Each biscuit represents a local speciality from Occitanie, such as La Galette Occitane, Las Crosetas, Lo Sabl’Òc, Los Crocants de Lengadoc, Les Pavés de Saint-Just, and Les Pignes de la Garrigue.
Originally, our biscuits were only available in our bakery shops, but since 2018 they have expanded to gourmet and speciality food retailers across the Occitanie region in the south of France. Driven by strong customer demand from 2018 to 2022, we expanded further, opening a second site with a dedicated industrial unit for biscuit production.
This new facility has enabled us to launch a line of savoury biscuits in 2024 and significantly increase productivity. Our current production capacity aligns with our growth objectives in both national and international markets. Looking ahead, we are excited to introduce two new sweet biscuit specialities in the first half of 2025.
