Our Story

Founded 25 years ago by Gregor Engler, heir to a renowned Eastern French brewing legacy, and Elodie Pujol, granddaughter of a farmer from southern France, our brewery-distillery embodies the artistry of “haute couture beer à la française.” Over the years, we have crafted a super-premium selection of organic beers, sodas, and spirits that celebrate the beauty and terroir of the Occitan region.

Our guiding principles are excellence, creativity, and sustainability, resulting in a product line that is both refined and environmentally conscious. Each of our over 30 award-winning beers is a sensory journey designed for both seasoned connoisseurs and new enthusiasts. In the past five years alone, every one of our beers has received a gold medal, with 10 achieving international recognition at world-renowned beer competitions.

Sustainability is core to our mission. We work closely with organic producers across Occitanie and France, crafting beers that reflect both the seasons and a commitment to responsible sourcing. Our unique creations are available widely throughout France, including in Michelin-starred establishments, offering your patrons a true taste of place with every glass.
