Lucques OIives
Grown exclusively in Occitanie, the Lucques olive—known as the "green diamond"—is distinctive for its crescent shape, small stone, and tender, flavourful flesh. Its mild, yet rich taste combines subtle notes of buttered avocado and fresh hazelnut, making it a truly unique variety.

Picholine OIives
The Picholine olive, originally from the south of France, is now enjoyed worldwide. It offers delicate hazelnut aromas within its firm flesh that melts in your mouth. Picholine olives can be served au naturel as an aperitif, or, if desired, seasoned with a drizzle of olive oil, chopped basil leaves, and a minced garlic clove.
